Working Principle
A Circular Lifting Magnet operates by converting electrical energy into a strong magnetic field. When DC power is supplied through a rectifier control panel, the electromagnetic coil becomes energized, creating a powerful magnetic field that securely attracts ferrous materials.
The magnet is attached to an overhead crane or hoist, allowing the operator to lift, transport, and position heavy materials safely. Once the material reaches its destination, the electrical supply is switched off, releasing the load quickly and efficiently.
