Working Principle

The material is uniformly fed onto a thin conveyor belt that passes over a high-intensity Rare Earth Magnetic Roll.

As the material reaches the magnetic zone:

• Weakly magnetic and ferrous particles are attracted to the magnetic roll.
• Non-magnetic particles continue their normal trajectory and are discharged separately.
• A precision splitter separates the magnetic and non-magnetic fractions.

The process provides continuous, efficient, and highly accurate magnetic separation without interrupting production.
