The unit contains multiple high-intensity magnetic prongs (magnetic tubes) positioned inside a stainless-steel housing. As the product flows around these magnetic elements, iron particles are attracted and retained, allowing only clean product to pass through.

Working Principle

The magnetic separator is installed directly in the liquid or slurry pipeline.

• Liquid or slurry enters the magnetic housing.
• The product flows around high-intensity magnetic prongs.
• Ferrous contaminants are attracted and firmly held on the magnetic surfaces.
• Clean liquid exits through the outlet.
• During maintenance, the magnetic assembly is removed, cleaned, and reinstalled.
