Working Principle

The Furnace Charger operates through controlled vibration generated by twin vibratory motors.

1. Raw materials are loaded into the charging tray.
2. Vibratory motors generate linear vibrations.
3. The material moves smoothly along the charging trough.
4. The charger travels or aligns with the furnace opening (manual or motorized travel).
5. Material is discharged uniformly into the furnace.
6. Controlled feeding prevents overloading and improves melting efficiency.

This process reduces manual labour, enhances operator safety, and ensures consistent furnace charging.
